Background:

The school'serves North Frodingham and Brigham, with many pupils coming from long-established village families. The grounds contain 'good' hard and grassed play areas and a football pitch. The curriculum is shaped to meet every child's needs and a co-ordinator can assist pupils with special educational needs. A 'strong musical tradition' is being developed, with children playing the recorder, cornet, saxophone, clarinet, percussion and keyboard. Other extra-curricular activities include computer and photography clubs. Older children can make an extended residential visit to either Dorset or North Wales. Fixtures are regularly arranged against other school teams in swimming, soccer, netball, hockey, rounders and cricket. Support from parents is 'good' and there are links with the village chapel and the social centre, used for physical education. Children support a charity every year and can save money in the school bank.
